You can not train additional units to found or conquer another village.

Got this when I wish to make a senator from a chiefed village.
I made residence lvl 10 , RP lvl 10 and Academy lvl 20.
also researched for senator but can't make a senator????
can any one explain why?? I might have to ask MT to solve it if its a problem.
it is showing 2 villages in expansion but they are not mine they belong to Oob from who I chiefed it.

you need to destroy them to free up your slots

i ran into this as well, but luckily only one slot was blocked. the other was the capital of alice but, after he changed caps, i chiefed it thereby freeing up the slot in the seeder village

Guess I have to destroy one any wait for the capital to be deleted.
but hey which means I have to build residence to lvl 20 to build senator.

which means if some one starts the game and chiefs 3 village from his first village and all of them happens to be like this he is blocked!!!
Is this the new server problem or it existed earlier as well???
Both of the villages give me 50-100K bounty

It has been this way for as long as I have played (3 servers).

And it makes sense. If the expansion slots were not independent of who owns the villages, then friends could conquer each other's villages and free up slots continuously without ever having to build a residence past level 10.

This is My 3rd server but never noticed it

There's plenty of stuff I didn't notice, either, and I'm still realizing new things as I go.
