| We're starting to gear up for long-range attacks and some players may be starting their WW hammers (which will be simmed, with NO attacking, all the way until a WW strike). At this point in the game, a hammer should NOT be trained in your capital. Training your hammer in a village NEXT to your capital allows you to train troops in the Great Barracks and Great Stable. You can then train exactly twice as many troops, at exactly four times the cost. In 30 days, a teuton can train 12,792 axes in a level 20 barracks. Using a level 20 great barracks with the level 20 barracks, a teuton can train 25,584 axes in the same 30 days. With a level 20 stable, 5,185 Teutonic Knights, but 10,370 Teutonic Knights with a great stable. (Of note: this requires all of the resources from 15-20 supply villages --- though this doesn't take into account raiding/farming income). not only for training lots of troops, but also generate crops. or additional warehouse. Costs for upgrading to level 19: 714485 | 918625 | 714485 | 204140 | 2 | 315:52:00 Costs for upgrading to level 20: 1193195 | 1534105 | 1193195 | 340915 | 2 | 505:24:50 there is only 20 building inside of a village. a warehouse hold 80000, to upgrade 19. lvl, 918625 clay needed. this means 960000/80000=12 warehouses and 3 granaries 20-15= 5 building place. these are main building, hero mansion, grain mill, bakery and market or stonemason. If you train your army from capital, never upgrade to lvl 19. because of barrack and stable. I dont say anything another instructions, blacksmith, tournament sequare, workshop etc.. lvl 20 already impossible |

| this is great info left by verdant but i just want to clarify some numbers...i could be wrong, but i think i am right haha...
With Level 20 Barracks and Level 20 Stable (Teutons): 425 Axemen per day and 12,768 per 30 days 172 TK's per day and 5,185 per 30 days
With Level 20 Barracks and Level 20 Great Barracks: 1,695 Axemen per day (425 from barracks and 1,270 from great barracks) 50,885 Axemen per 30 days (12,768 from barracks and 38,117 from great barracks)
With Level 20 Stable and Level 20 Great Stable: 689 TK's per day (172 from stable and 517 from great stable) 22,502 TK's per 30 days (5,185 from stable and 17,317 from great stable)
Also, I think everyone needs to keep in mind that you need A LOT A LOT A LOT of support resource villages to have enough resources to produce this huge amount of troops
Also, there is the whole crop issue which could be resolved by doing the following, but be careful: You could move you troops to your 15c capital to store them there
Just some add-ons for the great info already listed above...and let me know about those #'s or am i missing something?

| Great stable does not produce triple the amount of troops :S.
ex. Gbarracks and Barracks running 24/7 will produce 850 axes a day according to your original numbers. Producing 1695 daily would be crazy talk. |

| but you can produce troops 3x as fast...of course with a much greater cost, but 850 would be how many you could produce if you just had 2 regular barracks...since the great barracks produces troops at a third of the time, that means you can make three times that amount per day...so i think 1695 is correct...we will see in about a week, that is when my WW hammer begins i hope | |

| No, TGM...great barracks is 100% identical to normal barracks only cost is higher. Troops train at SAME rate. Having a great barracks and a barracks is exactly like having two regular barracks where one costs more.
Troops train at the SAME time. 425 per day in normal barracks, 425 per day in great barracks. | |

| now i see where i was wrong...it is same building time, which is frustrating because you spend 3x the resources, but that is okay...thanks for clearing it up for me...imagine if you could produce 50K axemen per month! =) | |
